On the same night as the airing of the next series of GBBO, we were also having a food orientated evening! Our evening was spent filming MasterChef finalist and Miele’s executive chef Sven-Hanson Britt and Steven Lamb from River Cottage as they cooked up a Farm to Fork Dining Experience.
Our client Miele hosted and sponsored this evening for guests to enjoy a 4 course menu where Sven uses produce from Hardley Hill Farms as well as some of the country’s best ingredients. Just when we thought this evening couldn’t get much better, it was held in John Lewis’ roof top garden in Oxford Street.
BorehamMedia were there filming the evening and recording the positive reactions of the customers. As the sun went down if became very low light indeed but we used prime lenses that let in a great deal of light and our very light sensitive Sony cameras in order to both carry on shooting and create the beautiful shallow focus affects you can see on the film.
There was a small amount of food left over for the crew to try – very impressive. Stuart is now keen throw down the cameras, dig up the lawn and start a farm.
Or perhaps not.
