Meet the Team

Stuart did 10 years teaching technology before starting the photography business in 1997, moving to video in 2005. He scripts, directs and manages the bigger projects and operates the cameras when needed. With 4 kids, 2 grandkids and a long suffering wife of 35+ years, he is also a school governor, Christian charity trustee and rights of way and Land Rover enthusiast. He has also seen over 430 species of wild bird in the UK, an activity known as ‘twitching’.

Richard has a lifetime’s experience working in Live TV, directing and producing primetime shows for all the UK broadcasters. He has an exceptional eye for detail and is a remarkable content manager. He is a lover of tech with a mind for detail so manages our livestreams and multi-cam operations. He is on first name terms with celebrities we have heard of, and that makes it all better.

Aaron is an incredibly hardworking operator with extensive corporate and broadcast experience. He only has to be asked once and is most regularly heard saying ‘I’ve already done it’. He is a fully qualified drone pilot and we love his work, even if he does support Southampton FC. He has wide shooting experience across numerous countries.

Daniel is a multi-disciplined designer, with expertise spanning many disciplines from graphic design to 3D animation. We are delighted to work with Dan – when we can tear him away from his usual haunts of creating Channel 4 and ITV news graphics. Adding his stylish ‘MoGra’ to our projects has become the norm of late, and he always makes everything look better. Dan is a fantastic asset to our team!

Matt is a great cameraman, editor and also a skilled Steadicam op. Since starting in media with us 10 years ago Matt has diverged his skills. After featuring in ‘1917’ and ‘Masters of the Air’ as background talent, he now works in cameras on movies and high end TV. In addition to bringing his eye for detail and quality to our own projects, he also works on his own short films.

Andy’s usual life as official stills photographer to the Royal Albert Hall is filled with celebrity and glitter. Then he has to team up with us. His work is artful and considerate and he produces fantastic high-quality images for us at events where we are called upon to provide both stills and video media. Initially a photographer myself I am always impressed with how he sees differently and brings a fresh creativity.
